The short version
Browsing this site is anonymous. The calculators run in your browser, and nothing you type into them is sent to us. We only receive personal information if you choose to contact us, and we explain exactly what happens to it below.
Calculators and tools
Wage amounts, dates, and anything else you enter into the calculators stay on your device. We do not collect, store, or see those numbers. Nothing you enter is shared with any law firm unless you explicitly ask to be connected with an attorney.
Pageview analytics
To understand which pages help people, the site records an anonymous pageview beacon: the path of the page you viewed and the page that referred you. It carries no cookies, no visitor id, and no query strings, so it cannot identify you or follow you across visits. Server logs kept by our hosting provider (Vercel) may record IP addresses for security and are retained under their standard policy.
If you contact us
If you email us or submit a contact form, we receive the name, email address, and message you send. We use it only to respond to you. We do not sell it, add you to a marketing list, or share it with anyone else.
Cookies and ad trackers
This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party ad trackers.
Data removal
To have a message you sent us deleted, write to hello@mncompbuddy.com from the same email address so we can locate it.
