Laura Hokeness, QRC
Should I switch QRCs?
Already assigned to someone else? Minnesota gives you a 60-day window to change QRCs after the rehabilitation plan (R-2) is filed. If you are not getting calls back, feel pushed toward a closure you disagree with, or just want a different consultant, read the rule, then pick someone new.
The 60-day window runs from the date the rehabilitation plan (R-2) was filed, not your injury date and not your first meeting with the QRC.
Laura Hokeness is a Qualified Rehabilitation Consultant (QRC) at Vocational Consultants of Minnesota in St Paul, Minnesota. Listed on the UCWCP network. Active on the DLI QRC contact list (2026-08-26).
