Talk to a Minnesota Workers' Compensation Attorney

If you're stuck in the workers' comp rehab/QRC process, you can call or text my personal cellphone. You'll talk to an attorney right away (not AI, not an assistant, not an answering service). If you only want one specific question answered and have no desire to hire anyone, that's OK — just tell me and get right to it.

What to have ready (if you can)
  • Your most recent work restrictions (treating doctor + IME if any)
  • The most recent R-2, any R-3s, and any R-8 (if you have them)
  • A quick timeline: injury → restrictions → work status → what changed
If you don't have all of this, that's OK. The fastest first step is usually confirming when the R-2 was filed and what the next 30 days of rehab is supposed to look like.
