About the author
This site is published by Dan Swenson, a Minnesota workers’ compensation attorney. The goal is simple: help injured workers understand vocational rehabilitation (QRCs, R-forms, deadlines, and disputes) and make it easier to find contact information for Qualified Rehabilitation Consultants.
Why I built this
Most injured workers have never heard the term “QRC” until they’re already in the middle of a claim. The rehab process can move fast, and small paperwork decisions can have big downstream consequences. I built this site to give you plain-English explanations (with citations when possible) and a practical directory you can use immediately.
About my practice
I practice Minnesota workers’ compensation at Robert Wilson & Associates, with a focus on vocational rehabilitation disputes, return-to-work issues, job search, retraining strategy, and the paper trail that determines what happens next.
What this site is (and is not)
- Education: The education pages summarize Minnesota workers’ compensation rehabilitation rules in plain English and cite the controlling authorities when possible.
- A directory: QRC and vendor information is compiled from published lists and may be incomplete or out of date. Always confirm directly with the person or firm before relying on it.
- Not legal advice: This site is general information. Every case is different. If you need advice for your situation, talk to a lawyer.
Updates and accuracy
The directory is built from published lists, and it can drift as phone numbers and emails change. The education pages are updated as rules and common disputes change. If you spot an error, please reach out so I can fix it.
